The area is very neighbourly and friendly, it is quiet too, the only traffic you might see is just that of the neighbours. If you enjoy your leisure time, then you will love the location here; Leybourne Lakes has scenic lakeside walks and activities from fishing to windsurfing or pop into Larkfield Leisure Centre to use the gym or swimming pool.

My only reason for moving now is to downsize locally moving a little closer to my family.
